Metroflor’s Attraxion flexible magnetic LVT, designed for Main Street Commercial, enables the rapid installation of flooring without locking systems or adhesives. Attraxion uses a MagneBuild underlayment (sold separately) which adheres to an integrated ferrite (iron) film which is laminated to the bottom of Attraxion products. By merely rolling out the underlayment over almost any smooth, clean and dry subfloor, the flooring can be installed more easily and quickly than via any other method. The technology eliminates adhesive-related VOC’s and can reduce labor and removal costs. Attraxion is phthalate and formaldehyde-free, made with a 2.5 mm gauge, 0.5 mm (20 mil) wear layer, and includes FX3 Surface Protectant™. The product is covered by a 15-year commercial / lifetime residential limited warranty.
